With over 75 years of customer service excellence behind us, we feel confident you will be comfortable with your purchase. However, if the need arises you may return your unworn shoes within 60 days for a refund, or you may exchange them for a different size.

You may return online purchases in one of two ways:

Bring your items and your Order Summary to a Naturalizer company-owned store (does not include outlet stores or independently-owned stores). For store listings, call 1-888-294-1648 or visit our Store Locator. Returns without a valid Order Summary will receive store credit only.

mail them

Mail them to the following address:

When returning by mail, please send back your Order Summary with your shoes. For your protection, we suggest sending your return via insured parcel post or other traceable method.

Remember, worn items are not returnable and shipping charges are not refundable.
