Returns and Exchanges

With over 85 years of excellence behind us, we feel confident you will be comfortable with your purchase. However, if the need arises you may return your unworn shoes within 30 days. Exchanges are available in-store only. Purchases being mailed back to the warehouse will only receive a refund for the returned merchandise.

You may return online purchases in one of two ways:

Bring your items, your Order Summary and the credit card used for purchase to a Naturalizer company-owned store (does not include independently-owned stores). Item(s) must be returned in the original brand box (packaging). For store listings, call 1-888-294-1648 or visit our Store Locator. Returns without a valid Order Summary will receive store credit only.

returns by mail

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to complete a return. If you need to make a return by mail, please follow these steps:

  1. Click here for a printable version of the return shipping label and return form.
  2. Re-package your order and place the completed return form and your original Order Summary inside the box.
    The return form is located on the right side of your printout.
  3. On the return shipping label, write your order number, if known. (An order number helps speed up your transaction.
    If you check out with an account, your order number is available in the My Account section of naturalizer.com.)
  4. Affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.
  5. Return your package through the carrier of your choice.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We cannot accept C.O.D. packages. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

We recommend that you send your return via insured parcel post or other traceable method. Naturalizer.com is not responsible for returns until they are received in our warehouse. Customers are responsible for the safe return of merchandise.

refund process & timeframe

  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
  • The warehouse will inspect merchandise sent back for a refund and reserves the right to reject returns.
  • Once the return has been processed, you will receive a return email confirmation.
  • Depending on the credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after the credit is applied for it to post.

International Return/Exchange Instructions

International naturalizer.com customers have 60 days from their order date to return unworn merchandise. All international orders must be returned via Borderfree and must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Please send an email to our customer service center to receive your RMA number.

Refunds on international returns will include duties, taxes and tariffs when they are shipped with your RMA form to Borderfree. Your account will be credited by Borderfree when your return is received at the international hub. Returns sent without the RMA form may not be refunded for the full amount.

Unfortunately, naturalizer.com cannot refund your original shipping and handling fees. Any costs for shipping your returned order back to our Returns Department from Borderfree will be subtracted from your refund total.
