- Emily (staff): "Hi Karen, These shoes have some arch support, but not a significant amount. They feature: gel cushioning, stretchy uppers, washable, stain resistant, antimicrobial, easy on off, and they are super lightweight. I hope this helps! Emily"

betsy asked: Are these washable?? Do they run large or small - narrow or wide ?
- Judy: "I haven't washed these shoes yet but they are the MOST comfortable shoes I have ever worn, like waliking on pillows."
- evelyn: "They run large and are pretty wide. I ordered online and almost sent them back, but they are so comfortable. Even though they are larger than I usually wear, they don't slip and are so light and very comfortable."
- Lois: "As far as washing them, I really don't know, since I haven't had them long enough to have them get dirty. Size, I normally wear a 9-1/2, but ordered a 10 as the 9-1/2 wasn't available, but the do fit fine and the medium width works well also. I think I can either wear nylons or light-weight crew socks with them. Love how light they feel on, but still have a good support in them. Hope this helps"
- LINDA: "These shoes are sooo comfortable...I bought a 9 wide and they are a lil big...could have gone a 1/2 size smaller, probably because they are wide..if they don't have wide I usually take a 9-1/2...so they do run a lil big....haven't washed them yet, but they say the are washable.....can't wait for warmer weather to wear them outside!!!"

- Diane: "I feel they run true to size. I ordered a wide and they are as comfortable as slippers. The tag insert says they are washable. I would probably spot clean, but you could put in washer. The soles are like that of a sneaker. A comfy and attractive alternative to walking sneakers, but not the same arch support."
Kim asked: they look great....why would a company sell shoes that start at size 6? Do they have no idea how may women wear sizes 4 to 5 1/2? It is still so hard to find size 4M....or smaller......I do purchase shoes from naturalizer size 4 , they don't always fit but i always love the shoes/boots..wish naturalizer carried more styles in 4....i realize it's not naturalizer's choice....
