Ask a Question

Naturalizer asked: Why did you choose this?

  • sonia: "very comfortable"
  • A: "These are my favorite. East to put on and oh so comfortable."
  • Diana: "These are the most comfortable sandals ever but I can not find them anywhere to order more HELP"

Veronica asked: Will this sandal fit a d width foot?

  • Karen: "Yes it will fit a d width foot. They are super comfortable."
  • Marilou: "I have a medium width foot and since I ordered a medium, they fit perfectly. I would say they are true to size. They are so comfortable. I had a partially torn tendon in my foot and was undergoing therapy for awhile after I got them and they were about the only shoes that felt good on my feet. I definitely can recommend them."
  • Deborah C: "I am a wide B foot and there is plenty of room. Plus, the sandle has hook and loop at the toe, instep and around the back of the heal. This makes them quite adjustable. I would give it a try because they are a very comfortable sandle. I love them and have had a lot of compliments. They feel like you are walking on a cusion of air. The material is very cool on the foot too. Hope this helps."
  • Betty: "yes very comfortable"
  • Maureen: "I take a B or medium width and it fits comfortably. I don't know is you adjust the velcro straps it they would fit. Sorry I could not be of more help. They are very comfortable."
  • Sandra: "I think it would."
  • Ellen: "i got med width and i usually take wide but they are adjustable and i enjoy mine"
  • Ann: "I doubt it. The front strap, the part that goes over the toes has very little give to it."
  • Dianne: "I would buy wide.....if they have it. This one fits a AA-B width. I think it may be tight for a D width where the two closures are. The toe area has enough room for a D, but I don't think the other areas would be comfortable."
  • KAREN: "It worked for me. The toe part stretches & is comfortable. Nice soft step, cushion, when you walk."
  • Marie: "I wear B width and they are fairly roomy.. They are very light weight and comfortable."
  • Agnes: "I wear a medium width shoe, but because of the velcro and stretch, I would imagine it would work for a d width. My feet hurt with many shoes and also swell often. I absolutely love these sandals and have two pair. I hope this answer will help."
  • Ann: "Yes, I think these might work for you as they have 3 velcro closures which would allow you extra width. I love them as I've had major foot surgery on my left foot and need to adjust them. I wear them daily for my water arobics but they would work for simply wearing around also. I like them so much I both a second pair to have for when first pair wear out. Good luck."
  • Jacqueline: "i'm not absolutely sure. There is some `give' on the top, but a slight ridge on the sides. Definitely try them-i love them"

Sherlon asked: Hi, I have Diabetes and my feet by the end of the day start to swell. Plus I need a good cushion shoe for summer. Do these seem to run narrow or are they a true med. I wish I could have gotten a W but not available. They look quite comfy,. Are they returnable if there too tight? Thank you so much.

  • KATHRYN: "Hello Sherlon K, I wear a narrow which was not available so ordered the medium. They are definitely a medium but with three places to snug them up they work good. So, with the same three places to let them out they should work for a wide if "wide" is not extreme."
  • Sandra: "I am returning them because they are too tight on the ties n they don't adjust but I do recommend the Angel 2 sandals those r wonderful very comfy I working standing 8 hours a day and I too suffer from foot pain but with the Angels 2 sandals I don't hurt"
  • Lynda: "I think they are a true Med. I, too, wish they came in W. They are very cushiony and comfortable. I have bought 4 pairs, 2 of each color. Wish they came in other colors. I don't know about the return policy, but I am very happy with them."
  • Betty Ann: "I have a narrow foot and bought this anyway since it wasn't offered in a N. it seems to run wide to me. I have to adjust the velcro as tight as possible to keep it on my foot. I have other design sandals by Naturalizer that seem to run more narow. This is a very comfortable shoe. The adjustable feature should accomodate your swelling. Hope this helps."
  • Margery: "The first pair I ordered were W and I had to add velcro to the back and ankle strap to get them tight enough in those areas.. My second pair were M and they seem normal M width. They are so cushiony! That's why I ordered another pair. As a bonus, they are very light weight. My neighbor loved them so much she just ordered her second pair . Unless you have a very wide foot, you should be fine and they are returnable. I think you should try them. Marge L"
  • Wilma: "Hi. I also have diabetes and a narrow foot. These are very cushioned and quite comfy. They are a true med. but since I can adjust them, I am able to wear them. Seem to be a tad larger((I wear 7.5 but could have taken a 7). I am very happy with them."
  • Linda: "They are very comfortable/ it is a cross between a tennis and sandals . I have had surgery on my foot . Last summer I had a severe mid foot break and cannot wear any of my old shoes. These shoes are easy walking and also putting them on is quick and easy. "
  • Katherine L: "True medium. Heel is wide as well, and they are cushioned well. Like the three velcro straps."
  • Georgia: "Sherlon - I have had feet/leg problems for the past year. Am not diabetic, but have been diagnosed w/torn fascia(? sp), nerve damage, neuropathy, burning feet/fallen arch. You name it. They haven't a clue. No treatment has helped including $360 orthotics to wear in my shoes, nor cortisone shots, foot put in a cast. Bought a $140 pair of Dr. Comfort shoes and several pair of Crocs. The Crocs work great. The Dr. Comfort are okay, but can't wear the orthotics. I saw these Naturalizer BZees on a total stranger standing in line in front of me at an Arby's in Tallahassee, FL. (I'm from Alabama). I thought they looked so comfortable and asked her about them. That's when I learned that they were Naturalizers and the "Model name/number." She said they were so comfortable she would buy a pair in every color if they had them. Went home - called all the shoe stores in town. Didn't stock. So got on line and found them/ordered them and absolutely they are the most comfortable shoes I own today. They seem true to size. Don't run narrow (I wear a 10). Are adjustable in three different places w/Velcro - so don't see how you could go wrong. Hope this helps."
  • Cristina: "They are great, I'd say on the wide side...even for a regular. You can also play with the steps to make them wider. I think you'll be happy with them, I love them. "
  • Dorothy: "They are quite comfortable and the med seemed pretty wide. The 8 was too big for me so I had to return them but they are very chushy."
  • Betty: "I think these shoes would be good for you. I found them to be a true M with additional adjustment because of the Velcro straps. They also have a very good cushion....possibly the best I've ever had."

Margie asked: I have a wide foot but see the wide shoes are not available at this time. Can you tell me if the strap on the top of the shoe that runs across the foot is long or enough that someone could fasten if they have a high instep?? I don't always need wide shoes but the high instep is an issue sometimes.

  • Sandra: "I have a high instep and there is plenty of room on the straps and the shoe is very comfortable."
  • Joyce: "I love this shoe and bought in both colors. There is about an inch of the Velcro that can be moved to fit the foot. I don't know if it will be enough for you but it's a great shoe."
  • Carol: "I love these shoes! In fact, I ordered another pair in the other color. They are light weight, cushioned, and have some support for the arch. I generally have worn a AA width so have the straps pulled a little tighter so it seems like there should be enough velcro for a high instep."
  • Marie: "There is not much room for adjustment on that strap if you have a high instep, so I doubt that it would be enough for you."
  • Judy: "The strap is NOT very long...but I have a wide foot and they fit me...They are the most CUSHIONY shoes I've ever had I Love them!"
  • Linda: "I also have a high instep and have no problem with these shoes. they are extremely comfortable."
  • Kathleen: "Yes, the strap is long enough. I also have a very high instep and wear wide or extra wide shoes and these fit me ."
  • Margie: "Thanks for your info. I have a high instep so this is a problem. Other shoes with straps like these seem to be too short."
  • Diana: "These sandals are much wider than other naturalizers if you purchase them in wide sizes. I wear a wide 7 1/2 and should of bought size 7 wide."
  • Diana: "The strap is not very long and the velcro piece is rather short. If your foot is wide, you may not be able to fasten it securely."
  • Marge: "Yes the strap is long enough for a wide foot. I can wear them comfortably as is but if the strap was just a tiny bit longer it would be even better. I really do like the shoe."
  • Pamela: "I think you should be fine. Both velco straps allow for extra widening."
  • Leslie: "Actually, no it isn't long ebough. I wear wide shoes and often the strap is too tight. I wish I had waited for wides. Also, sometimes the strap just comes off as I really have to stretch it to get it attaced."

Nicki asked: I assume, but would like to confirm, that I can wear these in the ocean?

  • Peggy: "when will you have them in stock? I have a pair and wear them every day, best sandal I ever had, want another pair, please !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Q Peggy H"
  • Anastasia: "Hi I have not tried it in the ocean but going to the beach is a must. It is so comfortable"
  • katherine: "I wore them in the water yesterday - that worked fine. Nice and comfy soles"
  • Karen: "Yes, you could wear these in the ocean. Very nice shoe."
  • Dawn: "I think these should work well in the ocean and provide lots of protection. My only concern would be is that the trim is cloth/elastic and could perhaps discolor or stain from the ocean water and bottom sand, etc. Probably a good rinse after using them in the ocean, would eliminate that problem or least greatly lessen it."
  • Donna: "You may be able to wear them in the ocean, but I probably would not."
  • Jean: "I have not worn these in the ocean or washed them yet, but will put them to be washed when needed. What washing will do to them, I do not know. I do like the comfort of them. I have more on the narrow size foot and the strap acrossed the instep is a little long."
