Ask a Question

Naturalizer asked: Why did you choose this?

  • Brandi: "I originally ordered the brown color and my order was processed as though all was normal. I was extremely disappointed to receive an email several DAYS later stating there was insufficient inventory to fulfill my order. What's more upsetting is the website still reflects the brown color is available for purchase!? I don't understand. I still would like to have the brown color but will settle for red. Thank you sincerely for taking time to read and consider my concerns. Regards, Brandi"
  • Deborah: "I own a crossbody that I use and saw the style of the Francis was different. This color will be great for fall/winter."
  • Cynthia: "Beautiful color and love cross body style."
  • Christine: "Looking for something small and convenient."
  • Lisa: "Different than most crossbody purses, not so square."
  • MAGGIE: "very attractive!"
  • Claudette: "Looks like it would make a good travel bag"
  • Linda: "Design and lightweight"
  • LaDonna: "Naturalizer carries well made merchandise."
  • A: "Love the style and multi pocket feature, with an unusual design."
  • Lori: "Small size and color"

Ann asked: What exactly is "man-made leather"? I am guessing that means vinyl, which has caused me to have an allergic reaction to purse straps in the past. What a shame that it isn't made of cow-made leather.

  • Brittany (staff): "Hello Ann, This handbag is made out of PVC which stands for polyvinyl chloride. It's a synthetic resin, used for plastics. Please let me know if you have any additional questions. Thanks, Brittany"
