Maria asked: The description does not indicate the height of the heal? Can anyone let me know. I'm looking them buy them and the heal looks a little low for what I usually buy. They look super cute and like many others, I have a small foot and like to get them before they run out of my size 4 -4 1/2 Thanks!

  • Mary: "The heels are approximately 2 3/4 " high. This is a bit higher than I am used to, also. However, I really like these shoes and don't mind the height of the heel."
  • Suzanne: "Maria, I also wear a 41/2. The heel is 2 1/2 inches and they are very comfortable."
  • Beatrice: "The heel is 2.5" high. Don't understand why the info is not included. Need better marketing."
  • Stacey: "2-2.5. "
  • M: "Since I can not walk in shoes that are 3 inches are higher, I am sure they were either 2 3/4 inches or 2 1/2. I had to return mine because I wear a narrow shoe and they were still to wide. I am surprised that they were unable to answer your question at the customer service dept."
  • B: "I am not certain how a heel is measured, but these are in the 2 1/2" to 3" range. At 5'6", the heel is just about right for me - not too low, not too high. These shoes are super comfortable and I can wear them for long stretches at a time without a problem. By the way, I get compliments every time I wear them. Some people have told me that they have a nostalgic, retro, 1940s look. I just think that they are cute! I have them in both the taupe and the black."

Liz asked: I wear a US size 5 and it's usually equivalent to EU35. Here the US size 5 is equated with the EU36. Do I order size 4.5?
