  • Fran: "This color is hard to find."
  • J: "The pair I purchased a year ago fit perfect and are so comfortable."
  • J: "comfort"
  • Pamela: "Looking for navy blue shoes."
  • Sandra: "need navy shooties with this heel ht."
  • Karen: "Color, style"
  • B: "I am ordering a second pair. They are really comfortable."
  • Cynthia: "I need flat, wide shoes with a lot of cushioning because of an arthritic joint."
  • Karen: "Had a birthday coupon and liked the style of these shoes. Need a narrow width and Naturalizer carries it."
  • Beverley: "I have black shoes like these and love them."
  • Gail: "needed Fall and Winter pants shoes"

Joyce asked: Would you say this shoe has a wide toe box? My feet are wide across the toes with a narrow heel, so would a B width work for me?

  • Rosalie: "A B width might work for you. I found the toe room to be very adequate for me. I have a narrow foot and it is hard for me to find comfortable shoes. These are very comfortable. Hope this helps."
  • Margery: "I have a rather wide foot also and purchased a B width. The leather is soft and pliable and is a close fit for me. I would not say that the toe box is overly wide. I hope that my answer will be helpful to you."
  • Norma: "I would say No because my toe area is narow as well and this shoe fit me very well. Nrma"
  • joann: "My foot is fairly wide and I use inserts.Medium works for me. Not sure if heel would be too wide."
  • LILY: "I ordered the 7 1/2 regular and found the toe box to be okay, The shoe was tighter and more snug in the zipper area that I am accustomed."
  • Cindy: "For me, these shoes are very comfortable....I wear a size 8, wide.....the toe box is great. My heel is not necessarily narrow, so that would be my concern for you if you have an exceptionally narrow heel, you might slip out. It is probably worth giving them a try....these are beautifully made shoes....feel like slippers to me.....slippers that stay on."
  • Linda: "I bought the 7 wide and they fit great. My left foot has a nice size bunon. My heels are not wide but the shoes fit great. I wore mind for the first time today and I love them. I give them 5 stars"
  • Joyce: "Thank you, Carol. I know it's hard (with my feet) to find shoes that are not sneakers!"
  • Carol: "I'm not sure how to answer. They are comfortable and fit well but I wouldn't say they are any wider in the toe box than is normal. They have a more round shape than squared. Sorry I can't be much help."
  • Cynthia: "Hi, Joyce, I have wide feet and printed out the Naturalizer shoe fit template. I ordered a pair in wide and they fit perfectly. I also have a larger arthritic big toe joint an d these shoes work around that as well. I keep meaning to order pairs in the other colors."

Cj asked: should I order a half size up if I plan on wearing them with socks?

  • Gina: "If your wear dress socks, you don't have to size up."
  • Nancy: "I wear these shoes with regular trouser socks and they fit great - unless you are going to wear a heavy sock you shouldn't have to go up in size."
  • B: "I think that would be a good idea. I wear them with knee-his which are like pantyhose and they fit great."
  • Myrka: "unless you plan to use very thick socks I would say no, stick to your regular size. I wore these through my pregnancy with normal thin socks (trouser socks/microfiber socks) with swollen feet and I was ok... toward the end of pregnancy I had two balloons for feet and mostly wore them with the zipper down but again that was an extreme case..."
  • Liana: "I wear mine with dress socks and they fit comfortably."
  • Amy: "No wear these with trouser socks and they fit wonderfully."
  • Kathleen: "If the socks you are planning to wear are thick you may need to. I only wear mine with knee highs for work. The leather will stretch some."
  • Sheila: "I bought these shoes to wear with socks and ordered my usual size. They were a little tight the first few wearing but are fine now. I love them."
  • Karen: "Not unless the sox are really thick. I wear them with regular crew sox in normal size. Love these shoes! "
  • Sister Sarah: "I ordered my regular size and they worked fine with regular thickness socks. If you want heavy socks you need a wider width, not a size larger."
  • Stephanie: "You don't have to. I brought these shoes true to size and they were extremely comfortable regardless of whether I chose to wear with socks or not. On the contrary, if you are wearing extremely thick socks and the normal size you are ordering fits nicely, you may want to go a half size up. It really depends on the type of socks you are planning to wear."
