Do you offer overnight or 2nd day delivery?
Currently, we ship via
UPS Ground
, which
can take anywhere from 2-5 business days, however there may be cases the shoes take a bit longer. Please
allow 7 - 10 business days for your package to arrive.
2. How much do you charge for shipping?
$6.50 for the first item you order and $2.00 for each additional
item on the order. Alaska and Hawaii residents please add $5.50 per pair shipped.
Free shipping applies to all purchases over $200 (after discounts and offers are applied).
Offer not valid for Alaska and Hawaii residents.

The sales tax for a purchase is based upon
the zipcode where the merchandise is shipped.

I need to return my shoes.
With 70 years of customer service excellence behind us, we feel
confident you will be comfortable with your purchase. However, if
the need arises, you may return your unworn shoes within 60 days
of the purchase date for a refund, or you may exchange them for
a different size. Worn shoes are not returnable and shipping charges
are not refundable. If you feel your shoes have a manufacturing defect,
please feel free to contact us via the Suggestion Box
or call us toll-free at our customer service number 1-866-746-3748.
You may return your online or catalog purchases in one of two ways:
1) Bring them to a Naturalizer company-owned store (does not include outlet stores or
independently-owned stores). For store listings, call 1-866-746-3748 or visit naturalizer.com.
Also bring your receipt or Order Summary email. Returns without a valid receipt will receive
store credit only.
OR
2) Mail them to the following address:

When returning by mail, please send back the completed return form with your shoes.
You’ll find the return form on the bottom half of the receipt that was in your shoebox. Or
you can include your Order Summary email. For your protection, we suggest sending
your return via insured parcel post or other traceable method.

I only received part of my order?
If you ordered 2 or more items you
may receive them in different shipments. Many of our products are shipped from
different store locations. Please allow up to 10 days for your complete order to
arrive.
