I haven't worn the shoes yet, but the only issue I have is that the gap on the sides to make it look wider. I ordered a medium width. They feel comfortable, though.

Inconsistent or Where’s the Quality
The Naturalizer brand is no longer the quality brand it once was. The sizes are inconsistent and the shoe linings are rough. Why is a 6,5 larger than a 7

Not happy
I have never been so disappointed in a naturalizer brand shoe, they always fit perfectly in the past and always very comfortable. Not the case with this shoe. They were too long and the toes are very narrow and the heel is very wide. I should have returned them, but I tried using an insole to tighten them. It made the toes so tight, my feet literally burned after walking in them for just an hour. They are cute and seem well made, but Oh the Pain. I have been buying naturalizer for years because I wear a size 4 and are very hard to find at a reasonable price.

Dissapointed
Although these are very nice shoes and they were exactly what I was looking for, they are not true to size. I made a point to ask the associate on the phone for help with the sizing and I was told that the size I needed would be just right. So to my surprise when I received them they were too small. I was disappointed that I was given this information and it was not correct. When I called back with this problem I was told that there was nothing that could be done so I should just return them to a store near me. At the time all I wanted to do was get a 1/2 size larger but the person I talked to made a big production out of it. Not a good way to keep customers.

Slim style, too tight on my toes
I liked the cushion and the leather but it was a bit tight on my toes although I already got a Wide. I will have to exchange this for a wider style...

False advertising--not narrow thought the description says they are. Be fine for a person withwide feet. Made in China--not stated in description.

Beautiful shoe, Poor Fit
I bought these shoes in the blue brocade. They are so beautiful and looked like they would be a comfortable dressy shoe. The length was fine, but the heels are way too wide and so the shoe bowed out at the back and wouldn't stay on my feet as I walked. So I had to return them. It's too bad because if they had fit properly I would have ordered them in lots of colors.
