Try before you Buy!
I happily purchased these shoes online I purchased the same shoe in black last winter. I loved the fit and style of the black shoes. So I purchased the gray pair with confidence. However, when the shoes arrived and I tried to wear them - - something was very different. They are so ill fitting and uncomfortable that I can't wear them. My advice is to always try on shoes before buying regardless of previous experience. I guess that I'll donate the shoes to charity.
