I wear a 7.5W in other Naturalizer pumps. Theses felt like an extra wide. There was a huge gap between the side of my foot and the shoe.

I am so unhappy with this shoe in particular and Naturalizer in general. Let me explain. I purchased several shoes in the past month (5). I’ve had to exchange every single shoe for different size and width iterations. In every other shoe on the face of the planet I’m 81/2 regular width. Apparently in Naturalizer I’m a 71/2 wide (in some shoes) in this particular shoe, I’m a 712 wide. This wouldn’t bother me so much if I hadn’t realized that until after I wore the shoes once on a full work day. The 8s were slipping off of me all day. I purchased so many dang shoes from Naturalizer that wanted to contact service and let them
Know how badly their shoes are fitting lately and ask if I can try to exchange one more dang time. They said no. Bottom line- don’t buy unless your ok purchasing and exchanging a million times before you find your right fit. This is so frustrating. I’ve got a pair of unusable shoes now and wasted so much time exchanging and re-exchanging. Somethings definitely off with their sizing.

I just received my shoes and they are small in size. I ordered size 5 1/2 and that's usually my size. Can I exchange them to size 6? And how can I do that? Thanks!

Love everything about these shoes. Beware they are not true to size. The reviews were very mixed with they fit just right or too big/small. I went with my true size and they will not stay on my feet even with multiple heel inserts. Sucks because other than the flopping, I found them very comfy. I am on my feet 8-10 hrs a day doing hospital site training (a lot of walking)
