Naturalizer designed the first shoe built to the contours of a woman's foot in 1927. That shape is still where our office shoes start: pumps, loafers, Mary Janes, ballet flats and slingbacks that hold up from morning meetings to late-night plans. You'll find black, brown and taupe alongside rich greens, blues and reds, in leather, suede, calf hair and croco print.

Office Shoe Heel Heights: Flats, Low Heels and Pumps

Naturalizer office shoes go from a quarter-inch flat to a 3.38-inch stiletto. Ballet flats and Mary Janes keep a square toe, with slip-on fits and dual buckle straps. Loafers hold a low block heel around half an inch, with a round toe and a penny keeper strap on select styles; platform and lug-sole versions raise the same shape higher. Slingbacks land in the middle, on sculpted heels around 2.75 inches. Pumps take the top, on a pointed toe and a sharp profile built for every power move.
