    What’s the difference between a pump and a stiletto?

    A stiletto refers specifically to a thin, tapered heel, while “pump” describes the overall shape of the shoe — closed-toe, low-cut, no straps. So a pump can have a stiletto heel, but it can just as easily come with a block, kitten, or mid-height heel instead.

     

    Can I find pumps if I have wide feet?

    Yes — pumps are available in wide and extra wide widths in addition to standard sizing, so you can get the classic pump silhouette without your toes feeling cramped. Checking the width option on each style before you order will give you the most accurate fit.

     

    What heel height is best for pumps you’ll wear all day at work?

    Every Naturalizer pump is built with Contour+ cushioning and arch support, so comfort isn’t limited to one heel height. That said, a low to mid heel — roughly 1/4" to 2" — tends to be the easiest range for a full workday on your feet, and a block heel in that height range adds extra stability if you’re walking or standing often.
